		1st. Violin: Caroline Edwards Caroline has played the violin since the age of 10 and achieved Associate of the College of Violinists in 1960.She has been lead violinist for the Walsall Symphony Orchestra since 1982 and has also played with the Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra on a number of occasions. She taught violin, viola & cello at Shire Oak Community School from 1993 for eight years. Caroline was employed as a peripatetic string teacher in schools across Staffordshire and the West Midlands for 10 years and conducted Cannock Beginners Strings for 4 years. Caroline still teaches violin privately.
		2nd. Violin: Dawn Watson Dawn has played the violin for pleasure from an early age and studied for her music degree at the University of Wolverhampton from 2001 to 2004 where she attained her BA(HONS)Music. Dawn has played in many shows over the years enjoying orchestral and ensemble playing, having played with Staffordshire Symphony Orchestra, Cannock Light Orchestra, Praeclassica, Lichfield Sinfonia and Walsall Symphony Orchestra, where she has been co-leader since 2002. Teaching is now Dawn’s chosen profession and she has taught for Staffordshire Performing Arts since 2002
		Viola: Elisabeth Barratt Elisabeth works as a Forensic Scientist in Birmingham and lives in Walsall.                    Music has always formed an important part of her life, having played the piano from a very early age and the viola from teenage years. She has played in several amateur orchestras around the country including the Northamptonshire County Youth Orchestra, Concordia String Orchestra and the Junction 10 Orchestra.                                                           She currently plays with the Birmingham Philharmonic Orchestra, Wolverhampton Symphony Orchestra and occasionally other groups based in the Midlands
		Cello: Kathleen Blackburn Kathleen has taught music throughout primary schools in Walsall and Wolverhampton for over 40 years. She has been the lead cellist with the Walsall Symphony Orchestra since 1996 and is an accomplished pianist and mezzo soprano singer. Kathleen also teaches cello in her spare time.
